The Role:
Strategic Planning:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.
Campaign Development:
Sales Enablement:
Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.
Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
Market Insights:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.
Requirements:
7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech
Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
